Circal System Distribution License Agreement

The Circal System is copyright (c) 1995 its authors. This distribution
of the Circal System is subject to the following license conditions.

The Circal System is supplied "as is", without expressed or implied
warranty.

The licensers do not have any obligation to provide any maintenance or
consulting help with respect to the Circal System.

The licensers have neither responsibility for the correctness of
systems verified by the Circal System nor for the correctness of the
Circal System itself.

The licensee will not distribute the Circal System, either whole or in
part, in source or binary form, by itself or as part of another product
or package, without written permission of George Milne (University of
Western Australia).

The licensee will only use the Circal System for non-profit research
purposes.
