Faculty of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences Amer Filipovic
BSc Hons.
PhD Student

Amer Filipovic was awarded his BSc degree in 2001 at The University of Western Australia. He double majored in IT Systems and IT Applications. In 2002, Amer completed an honours year in IT with an H1 distinction at the same university. His honours project was concerned with energy efficiency of ad-hoc wireless networks. Currently, Amer is studying for a PhD in the area of wireless networks, in particular using local wireless landscape information in construction of an adaptive routing protocol. This project is supervised by Associate Professor Amitava Datta and Dr Chris McDonald.
