Daniel Wedge
Hello. I was a PhD student in
Computer Science at the
University of Western Australia,
located in sunny Perth, Australia.
Research interests
I work in the field of Computer Vision, the challenge of making computers see.
More specifically, my research is based around sports video sequence analysis,
with some relevant topics including:
- Video sequence synchronisation
- Projective geometry
- Feature detection
- Stereo matching
- Ball / object tracking
My supervisors are Dr Du Huynh
and Dr Peter Kovesi.
