Hi! My name is Jason Wong and I have just embarked on the wonderful journey on research in a PhD course in Computer Science, at the University of Western Australia (UWA). It's fun but it also takes up heaps of my time. Then again, what else do you expect?

I was born in Hong Kong, in 1981, but raised in Albany in South Western Australia. Albany can be a great place to live, though it can get a little too quiet. I moved up to Perth (the capital of WA) in 1995. After finishing high school at Lake Joondalup Baptist College in 1998, I continued my studies at UWA in 1999.

I started doing a double degree course (Bachelor of Science/Engineering) but I deferred the course in order to do Honours. Since I have continued on with a postgraduate course, it is unlikely that I will return to my engineering studies, sigh. Actually, I'm happy where I am at the moment, and I would not want to go back to eng. However, this is still undecided so anything can happen, ;P Well, I've finished my honours now and the page is here.
