I'm a PhD student at U.W.A studying Computer Science.
For my honours I researched the use of multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MOEA) to solve the Map Labelling Problem. My MOEA optimised for font (label) size, preferable label positions, number of conflicting labels and optimal label clustering. If you're interested have a look at my research page.
